2. How long do I have to return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

3. What is the process for returning an item?

To start a return, please contact us at prettygirlmagic8@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1324 Nw 16th Ave, Gainesville, Fl 32605.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Can I return perishable or personalized items?

No, certain types of items cannot be returned. Yes, if you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. What is the refund process?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

9. What if I haven't received my refund?

10. Is there a cooling off period for European Union customers?

Yes, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply for returns.
